1. I keep old as in old memorabilias, souvenirs, giveaways, letters, and Soc assignments.
2. I always switch channels whenever it's Maligno's turn on ABS (certified kapamilya primetime bida ako pero I just can't watch horror shows/flicks)
3. I munch on corn flakes and koko krunch as if they are junk foods/potato chips.
4. I used to dream of becoming a CEO of my own ad agency by the time I am 50. Well, used to. haha
5. I'm still thinking about a career as a Flight Cabin Crew. :)
6. I am learning how to appear cute and wacky in pictures (read: with the tongue sticking out or something like it). Well, learning pa rin. But I think I'm improving. haha
7. I hate it when I have to go to a hospital and walk through the halls whenever I need to interview a doctor. It just gives me an eerie feeling.
8. I don't really enjoy a cinema movie if I don't get to have popcorn.
9. I enjoy musicals or musical-type of music pala. haha. As a friend of mine said, "Oh di ba, cultured tayo?" haha
10. I tap my fingers on the table whenever I think or when I can't think of what to write. *Nica pointed that out. Ngayon lang. haha*

I welcomed the fist minutes of my 21st birthday inside a jeepney, with the mixed and mismatched voices of my friends singing "Happy Birthday" and chanting "sayo ang entrance". Buti na lang wala kong pera non. haha. And then, the guys were chanting, "Sayo ang babae, kami ang dadale". Balahura talaga ni Ben! | | Well, dinner's done. After we had our fill of Pier One's sumptuous food offering it's but right to try on Pier One's special mixed drink: frozen Margarita. Mai served as our first tanggera. And I think, she also is the first one to get a little dizzy. hehe. sarap naman kasi talaga. I think I had like mga three glasses. After a while, I'm already feeling the heavy feeling above my head. alam niyo na yun. haha. tsaka as ate chona puts it naman kasi, "ans sarap ng asin!" |
Galing sa tip ni Sarah. haha. ang saya din nung training namin sa aksentyur. sana training na lang forever. hehe.

GREAT WAY TO START YOUR DAY!
An elderly woman walked into the Bank of Canada one morning with a purse
full of money. She wanted to open a savings account and insisted on talking to the president of the Bank because, she said, she had a lot of money.
After many lengthy discussions (after all, the client is always
right) an employee took the elderly woman to the president's
office.
The president of the Bank asked her how much she wanted to deposit. She
placed her purse on his desk and replied, "$165,000". The p resident was curious and asked her how she had been able to save so much money. The elderly woman replied that she made bets.
The president was surprised and asked, "What kind of bets?"
The elderly woman replied, "Well, I bet you $25,000 that your testicles are square."
The president started to laugh and told the woman that it was
impossible to win a bet like that.
The woman never batted an eye. She just looked at the
president and said, "Would you like to take my bet?"
"Certainly", replied the president. "I bet you $25,000 that my
testicles are not square."
"Done", the elderly woman answered. "But given the amount of money
involved, if you don't mind I would like to come back at 10 o'clock tomorrow
morning with my lawyer as a witness."
"No problem", said the president of the Bank confidently.
That night, the president became very nervous about the bet
and spent a long time in front of the mirror examining his
testicles, turning them this way and that, checking them over
again and again until he was positive that no one could
consider his testicles as square and reassuring himself that there was no
way he could lose the bet.
The next morning at exactly 10 o'clock the elderly woman
arrived at the president's office with her lawyer and
acknowledged the $25,000 bet made the day before that the
president's testicles were square.
The president confirmed that the bet was the same as the one
made the day before. Then the elderly woman asked him to
drop his pants etc. so that she and her lawyer could see clearly.
The president was happy to oblige.
The elderly woman came closer so she could see better and
asked the president if she could touch them. "Of course", said the
president. "Given the amount of money involved, you
should be 100% sure."
The elderly woman did so with a little smile. Suddenly the
president noticed that the lawyer was banging his head against
the wall. He asked the elderly woman why he was doing that
and she replied, "Oh, it's probably because I bet him $100,000 that around
10 o'clock in the morning I would be holding the
balls of the President of the Bank of Canada !"

| | after we finished the Boeringher event at Edsa Shangri-La, Jermaine and I were desperate to go for some gimmick time. sayang ang biyernes. hehe. anyway, ang nakuha lang naming kasama ay si Sarah, friend ko from Accenture. tumakas siya sa haus nila. haha. so jer, sarah, and I went to Krocodile Grille for a round of strong ice. inaantok na rin kasi kami ni Jer hehe. baba na kami ulit sa ay puno-puno kasi di pa namin alam kung san next na punta. we were supposed to have coffee at starbucks kaso bigla naming naisip ni Sarah gurl na sa cybergate na magkape. kaya ayun. bye bye Jer Jer muna. [with the thought of next time na lang ulit. hehe] tapos, instead of having coffee, we ended up drinking red horse. haha. last day pala ni ae heidi sa accenture kaya ayun, farewell thing. nakita ko ulit sila Joyce and Mae Rose [my accenture wavemates] tas sumunod din sila Mario, Randy, and ate Mitch. well, all in all, twas a great gimik kahit na bangag bangag ako pawi dito sa tarlac. hehe. |

The skull, by the way, is a part of the skeleton used for anatomy training in the Integrated Alternative Medicine Center in Quezon City. I had acupuncture as a demo model for one feature we are writing about on DiabetEASE. More on that later. hehe |
